On the airplane I met Kristen, a senior in high school headed to visit her sister in college. I'm pretty sure Kristen is me, Pamela, as a teenager in 2014. Kristen is from Ohio. I am from Ohio. Kristen had a sketchbook and a pencil case full of colored sharpies. I always carry my sketchbook and colored sharpies. Kristen was eating dried mangoes. I also had dried mangoes in my backpack. Kristen has an older sister. I have an older sister. The best part was what she said about her parents, "My parents are still so in love. I hope I have that when I get married."
