I must be INSANE, because I signed up to ride AIDSLifeCycle AGAIN. June 2019 will be my second time to participate in the 550 mile ride from San Francisco to Los Angeles to raise funds for the life-saving services offered by San Francisco AIDS Foundation and the Los Angeles LGBT Center. I am TERRIFIED to ask you all again to help me raise the $10,000 I have set as my goal. I’m asking you to give whatever you can - every dollar makes a big difference. Please go to: https://ift.tt/2P46ICL We’re working together to make HIV/AIDS a thing of the past. #Lgbt #aidslifecycle2019 #helpingothers #fighthiv #worktogether #iminsane #biking #roadbike #Volunteer #together #cannondale #endaids

Pineapple Painting: This process allows the opportunity to follow directions, tolerate frustration when its not perfect, and try something outside of your comfort zone. Metaphor for life: Ask for help when needed, don’t give up and to go back and fix your mistakes. #instart #pineapple #arttherapy #painting #selfcare #mistakes #dontgiveup #acceptance #askforhelp #anxiety #sobriety @prominencetreatment

🔥I used to live in Calabasas, and many of my friends are still in the area, and I work there. It’s all so scary. I know that I’m feeling helpless. The other scary thing is that my brother, Dave Malkoff, is a reporter for the Weather Channel, so he is right up in the fires 🔥 Thank you to everyone fighting so hard to control Mother Nature
